Typically, our engineering college campus plan starts off during the month of April every year and stretches till about October/November.
We also visit select science colleges in Mumbai/ Pune/Chennai to recruit BSc/MSc graduates specializing in computer science/information technology. Our recruitment process in the campuses usually consists of aptitude tests, group discussions and personal interviews. This is in addition to the initial pre-placement talks held at each of the campuses. We utilize our visits to build relationships with campuses, which ensure ‘Knowledge Transformation’ through guest lectures.
