Runs, Goals, and Dandiya Ras
Team spirit is the common bond that unites all Patni-ites and Club Patni is an initiative in the same direction. Club Patni organizes various social and cultural events besides sports activities to bring about a spirit of fun and camaraderie. Club Patni provides a platform to Patni-ites to exhibit their hidden talents as well as provide them a break from work. At Club Patni, our people get an opportunity to participate in various internal as well as external corporate sports tournaments. Patni-ites take inter-company matches as seriously as say, an India-Pakistan cricket match. Employees take an active interest in regularly held events in sports such as cricket, football, badminton, carrom and chess. Every festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm at Patni. Club Patni’s major event is the fun- filled Dandiya Ras-Garba festival. |

Offsite Meets
Meets at Patni are a regular feature, only the context changes. An SBU Level Meet is held every quarter. The main idea is to meet with all employees of the concerned BU under one roof in an informal way at an offsite location. The BU Head shares the BU Update and shows the roadmap for the future. A “Hello” Meet is held on the last Friday of every month. This is done to welcome all the new employees who joined in that particular month. |

The Patni Annual Day is special in more ways than one for its people. It symbolizes the pride that each one of us has in the brand name of “Patni”. On the Annual Day, many parents proudly represent their sons and daughters who are working at client sites around the world. Their presence only adds to the “extended family” aura of Patni. |

Patni Cares
Conscious of its social obligations, Club Patni also helps the society by organizing community service events with NGOs. We work closely with CRY, SHELTER, AKANKSHA and ANMOL for the upliftment of less fortunate and underprivileged children. |
