The Client
The client has been the national leader of US for health-care cost management services. The client provides the customers with premier network and care management services.
The Challenge
Since the existing system had reached a level where it couldn't support new business requirements, the client decided to create a new intranetbased
application on its new enterprise architecture, instead of major enhancements to the existing application.
The client had the following objectives:

Train the wide user base spread across multiple locations for using the new application. The users included contractors as well as new hires |

Tackle users' block of mind due to availability of the old application for a long time |

Train the users on best possible method to handle tasks as the new application could handle the same task in multiple ways. |
Therefore, the client felt the need of training documents and training for
end-users before the new application rollout. One of the biggest
challenges was to create application documentation while the base
system was being built.
The Solution
Patni Learning Solutions Team carried out a complete need analysis and decided to use case study methodology to cover the business process flows. The team consisted of education specialists, instructional designers, technical writers and graphic designers.
