Reacting to changes in the healthcare sector, long term care (LTC) products have become more complex, increasing the difficulties of the LTC claims process for carriers and third party administrators. To support changes in the LTC marketplace, respond to growing customer demands for more information and ease of access and to guard against possible regulatory compliance issues, insurers must modernize legacy LTC processing systems.
