Campus

Patni views campus recruitment as a strategic source in its endeavor to augment our talented pool of professionals. Over 1000+ fresh engineering graduates, post- graduates and MCA students from India’s top technical universities/institutes are recruited every year. Senior managers from our organization are part of the selection panel ensuring that we get the best available talent in the country. Typically, our engineering college campus plan starts off during the month of April every year and stretches till about October/November.

We also visit select science colleges in Mumbai/ Pune/Chennai to recruit BSc/MSc graduates specializing in computer science/information technology. Our recruitment process in the campuses usually consists of aptitude tests, group discussions and personal interviews. This is in addition to the initial pre-placement talks held at each of the campuses. We utilize our visits to build relationships with campuses, which ensure ‘Knowledge Transformation’ through guest lectures. Patni also believes in encouraging innovative ideas of students by sponsoring various technology events.
