| Fwd is the in-house quarterly magazine of Patni which highlights the achievements of Patni-ites, their celebrations and their creative works. |

| e-Care provides a single point of contact for employees for addressing their queries, grievances, and concerns to respective section heads. |

| Onsite Insight |
| Through this initiative, an employee working at the client location (which could be anywhere in the world) can get information on country guides, policies, appraisal systems and even avail of documented knowledge management practices in Patni at their respective locations. This initiative is aimed at acclimatizing people to their new work environments in overseas locations. |
