Patni’s primary BPO facility located in Noida (a satellite town of New Delhi, the capital of India) is a 45,000 sq. ft, state-of-the-art facility that accommodates 550 seats - 440 service agents, in addition to management and other supporting staff.

Physical Security
Patni’s facilities include a comprehensive physical security policy to ensure that all customer processes, data and services are secure and protected at all times. This includes:

• Security-controlled access to ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed access, using proximity cards. Proximity cards are configured to allow conditional access to restricted areas for authorized personnel only.
• Video surveillance, using top-of-the-line surveillance system monitors all important facility locations. The system is monitored on a 24/7 basis.
• Security guards stationed at all important locations within and around the facility perimeter; armed guards are deployed during night shifts.
• Adequate fire protection and fighting equipment has been installed throughout the building in strategic locations.

Disaster Recovery Facility
The Disaster Recovery (DR)/Business Continuity (BC) site is located across the country at Pune, which is 100 miles away from Mumbai, India’s commercial capital. Pune has the largest concentration of educational institutes and is one of the most prosperous Indian cities. The facility infrastructure is ready for disaster recovery. This facility has similar redundancy and security measures as our primary site at Noida.

Technology
Patni has a strong dedicated network facility to establish a high performance, robust industry standard BPO center in Noida. We have created a redundant reliable infrastructure to service the Voice, Data, Email, Chat & Multimedia processes for all process segments. In this facility, we have dedicated International Link connectivity, Internet, security systems, database servers and Automated Call Distributor, besides an ambience to suit the BPO center requirements. We also invest in creating a pool of additional redundant resources and equipment to augment and make the facility more reliable and stable.
