Since 1998, Patni has provided CRM application maintenance and support to a leading US insurance company. Services included end-to-end implementations, several enhancement projects, and upgrades for three Contact Centers responsible for customer retention, support and claims.
Patni was actively engaged in the Siebel 7.5 Call Center upgrade and Field Service implementation of a Fortune 500 company in the mail and document management business.
