Transformation outsourcing is a new paradigm in global sourcing. It is adopted by organizations that are looking at accelerating its growth or repositioning itself in the market.IT combined with business process reengineering is often the transformational lever. In a study of about 20 organizations across the globe that embarked on such initiatives when there business strategey was at stake, 16 actually achieved excellent, enterprise level outcomes.
