We apply SEI-CMMI Level 5 and Six Sigma processes to software development. We make extensive usage of real-time CASE tools such as Rhapshody, Rose RT and MATLAB Simulink for design, simulation, and verification. We have fine-tuned our Iterative and Incremental Development Methodology (IIDM) to address the needs of embedded software development where both hardware and software evolve simultaneously. |
