  • Insurance Giant – Patni assessed the client’s existing DB landscape, identified areas for improving operational efficiency and transforming the cost structure. This included database compression, process automation and resource utilization. Benefits: The automation of the DB growth chart report reduced report generation time from 150 minutes per month to 30 minutes per month per server. Automation of monthly health checks had reduced efforts from 40-45 man hours per month per line of business (LoB) to 10 hours.
  • Leading Semiconductor IP Provider – Patni redesigned and streamlined industry's preferred semiconductor intellectual property provider's entire data center operations and helped it gain significant cost leverage through offshorization. Benefits: Predictable costs for every new location added due to acquisitions and for change management. Management of entire IT operations with fixed SLAs.
  • Media Giant –  Patni's infrastructure management services team helped leading US-based media giant consolidate disparate web environments, plan & build web infrastructure. Benefits: 100 percent uptime of mission critical application, SSO (single Sign On) implementation and automated application deployments & performance reports resulting in reduction of time and efforts.
  • Leading European Telco –  Patni helped a leading European communication service provider achieve cost transformation using global delivery model and migrate to a next generation platform that leverages existing assets while offering unified service capability across multiple channels. Benefits: 80 percent of all calls to the Service Desk are answered within the first 20 seconds. All critical tickets are responded to in 15 minutes and resolved in less than 2 hours. 55 percent of the tickets are resolved by the Service Desk at initial point of contact.
