Our Company was originally incorporated on February 10, 1978 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. After subsequent conversions by operations of law or otherwise, our Company became a public limited company on September 18, 2003 for Initial Public Offering (IPO) and got listed in February, 2004.
