The survey, "Ranking Supply Chain Management Tools and Services", conducted by Forrester Research, Inc., in June 2006, queried 167 supply chain decision makers in North America. With 64% of survey respondents saying they would recommend Patni to others, Patni scored the highest customer satisfaction among Indian offshore providers covered in the survey.
