The Client
The Client is a Fortune 50 company offering an array of voice, data and Internet Protocol (IP) communications services. It is the largest telecommunications company in the US and one of the largest in the world.
The Challenge
The client had invested in one of the best technologies and wanted the
employees to develop skills at various levels. It was the client's belief that

Patni leveraged its in-house training experience of 1800 person years of to conduct training need analysis and costumes the training solutions based on the analysis.
