McCormick, a Fortune 500
company, is the global leader in
the manufacture, marketing
and distribution of spices,
seasonings and flavors to the
food industry world-wide.
The Challenge
To enhance its competitiveness, McCormick wanted to improve the time
to availability for its products and enhance the overall efficiency of its
business channels. This called for ERP roll outs that brought the channel
related business processes onto a global template. The company decided
to implement SAP for its various business channels.
McCormick was looking for a cost-effective but reliable partner for its
rollouts. McCormick also sought a global partner, who would help deliver
