Using BPM to Drive Process Efficiencies in Lean Practices |

| Abstract |
In the current competitive business environment, business processes are the foundation
for delivering quality products or services. The advantage of taking a process centric
approach has been well-documented and most organizations having a process framework
in place have reported an increase in operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction and
corporate profits. Improvements in process maturity and evolution of technologies such
as BPM have helped organizations across all sectors maximize their business
performance.
This paper looks at how BPM can complement lean practices and improve
operational efficiencies.
