We have expertise on a wide range of business processes to offer administrative services for, both, Open Books & Closed Books. We have migrated 7 million policies in aggregate and support 20 Million Life, Annuity and Disability policies on multiple administrative systems and 40 million Auto policies (supporting 11.5 million claims). We have helped clients introduce 10 new Annuity products and 35 new Life products and reduced administrative costs significantly by achieving straight-through processing for policy issuance, process automation/re-engineering, leveraging the offshoring tool and migration to a more efficient platform.
