Abstract
In an application development engagement, it is highly imperative to accommodate variable demand for capacity to keep pace with evolving business needs. This calls for a strategy that can address the peaks and valleys in demand with minimal capacity wastage and improved cost control. This paper introduces Patni's Variable Build Model, which addresses unpredictable demand and varied utilization of development expertise.
